The Rubidoux Community Services District (RCSD) will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., during its regular Board of Directors meeting, to consider adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-147. The proposed ordinance would amend Ordinance No. 2022-130 to implement California Water Code Section 10608.14 (AB 1572), relating to the prohibition of using potable water to irrigate nonfunctional turf. The public hearing will take place at the District's Main Office, located at 3590 Rubidoux Boulevard, Jurupa Valley, California 92509. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments at the hearing or submit written comments to the Board Secretary prior to the hearing.
