Capacity Fees
Rubidoux Community Services District (RCSD) is providing formal notice of a proposed update to its water and wastewater (sewer) capacity fees to be considered by the Board of Directors at the regularly scheduled Board Meeting on November 19, 2026, beginning 4:00 PM at the District’s Main Office at 3590 Rubidoux Blvd. Jurupa Valley, CA 92509.
The proposed Resolution would:
- Adopt updated capacity fees for new water and wastewater connections, based on the Water and Sewer Capacity Fee Report prepared by Albert A. Webb Associates, Revised October 2026
If adopted, the updated fees will take effect on November 19, 2026.
The Final Draft Capacity Fee Report is available for review at the link below and at the District office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We welcome your input and encourage you to participate. A Stakeholder meeting will be held in-person on November 10, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM, at 5473 Mission Blvd. Jurupa Valley, CA 92509 (please note that this address differs from the District’s Main Office).
Public comments to be addressed at the Stakeholder meeting are strongly advised to be submitted in writing prior to October 30, 2026, to ensure sufficient time to respond to all questions. Public comments made after this date may or may not be responded to during the Stakeholder meeting on November 10, 2026.
