Ethics Records Request

Ethics Training Records Request

California law requires local agency officials to complete ethics training every two years. Records of completed ethics training are maintained by the District and are available to the public.

How to Request Ethics Training Records

Members of the public may request copies of ethics training records for District officials by submitting a request under the California Public Records Act.

Requests may be submitted by email, mail, or in person. Please include a description of the records you are requesting (for example: ethics training certificates or completion records for specific officials or time periods).
