Starting Water Service
To start water service with Rubidoux Community Services District you can either call 951. 684.7580 or come in person to the District's offices at 3590 Rubdioux Blvd. in Rubidoux.
Rubidoux Community Services District will make every effort to connect your water service the same day you sign up, provided you sign up before 4:00 PM. All connection requests taken after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
You will need to provide the following information to our Customer Service Representatives to begin your service
Name
Mailing Address
Service Address
Telephone
Social Security Number
Driver’s License Number
There is a $10.00 service connection fee that will be charged on your first months' billing.
Stopping Water Service
To stop your service, call us prior to the day you would like to end service. You will need to provide our Customer Service Representatives with verification of your account using either your social security number or driver's license number. We will also need a forwarding address so we may send your final bill.
