How do I get to your office? |

From the 60 Freeway, take the Rubidoux Blvd. exit and go south toward Mission Blvd. The office is on the corner of Arbuckle School Road and Rubidoux Blvd. |

When is my bill due? |

Depending on your billing cycle, your bill is due on either the 5th or 15th of every month. If you do not receive a bill prior to your due date, please contact our office at 951.684.7580 |

Do you take credit card payments over the phone? |
A: |
Yes, Mastercard and Visa only (we do not accept “checks” by phone). Debit cards are welcome only if they have the Visa logo. You can call our office to make a payment between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at 951.684.7580.

Can I pay my bill through your Website? |

Why do I have a late charge on my bill? |
A: |
Your payment must be in our Office by the due date. The due date is at the top right corner of your monthly bill. When sending a check by mail, you should allow at least 5-7 business days in advance of the due date for delivery to our office.

How much does RCSD charge for bank returned checks due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or other returned check reasons? |
A: |
Effective January 1, 2008 the fee for returned checks was increased to $25.00. Restitution must then be made by cash. |
