Your Water Bill

The numbered explanations below correspond with the numbers shown on the sample bill.

1. Name and billing address: Please contact us if there are any changes to your name or billing address.
2. Billing Date and Current Charges Due: Bills must be paid in full no later than the due date.
3. Account Number: Refer to this number when you inquire about your account. Write it on your check when paying by mail.
4. Service Dates and Meter Reads: The billing is based on periodic meter readings normally between 27 and 33 days apart.
5. Usage/Units: RCSD compares your current water usage with usage in the previous year. One unit = 100 Cubic Feet = 748 gallons.
6. Previous Balance, Payment and component charges of total payment due.
7. Bill Message: Check here for important messages.
8. Detachable Portion: Include this with your payment.

Payment Options

Your monthly bill reflects the amount of water already used. You can mail your payment to us in the envelope provided or come to the Rubidoux Community Services District Office, located at 3590 Rubidoux Blvd., Rubidoux, during regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You may also pay your bill over the telephone with a credit card. Using Mastercard or Visa only (we do not accept “checks” by phone). Debit cards are welcome only if they have the Visa logo. You can call our office to make a payment between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at 951.684.7580.

A Payment Drop Box is located at the front door entrance of the District office and can be accessed during non business hours. Please remember to place your payment in an envelope clearly labeled with your name and account number (NO cash, please). Any payments made after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends or holidays will be applied on the next regular business day.
